Fast Delivery time for the orders is minimum 2 hours to maximum 5 hours based on the vehicle positioning of order booking & availability of fuel delivery slot.

The customer should be ensured to pay for the services, delivery charges, and product ordered using the platform as per the prevailing price of the product. The price of the product is regulated by the Oil Marketing Companies location based and changes daily as notified by Government of India. The customer is ensured to pay the price prevailing at the time of delivery irrespective of the time of ordering. The cost of product and delivery charges shall be payable directly to MYFuels home who shall issue an invoice of the same to the customer at the time of transaction upon receipt of payment towards delivery charges as well as the cost of the product. Delivery charges are applicable time to time based on customer order & quantity.

We receive payment mode by Cash on Delivery, online account Bank Transfer NEFT/RTGS, QR code based payment,UPI & by credit/debit cards. The payment can be made through our application or webportal. Except online bank transfer,QR payment & UPI other mode of payments are chargeable by banking gateway partners.  A nominal charge is applicable excluding GST by the banking gateway partners.

Yes! We are offering fuel purchases on EMI based on banking channels partners through our application. EMI on fuel is sole discretion of banking channel partners for all your fuel purchase.

Fuel is delivered at the same cost as available in your city plus a nominal delivery charge based on order value. We charge delivery fee of ₹111/-(incl GST) for an order quantity below 200 Litres within a 5 Km range from our operating/base location. For an order quantity of 200 liters above & beyond 5 KM distance, we charge ₹1/-. (incl GST) per liter of fuel ordered. The fuel price varies daily based on the purchase from oil marketing companies & accordingly Retail selling price of product is applicable at delivery site. The delivery charges are not part of fuel payment.

Is Delivery charges applicable or waived off sole discretion of MYFuels home management considering customer profile & considering the association with us.

My Wallet is a closed Wallet offered by MYFUELSHOME PVT LTD.
It serves as a prepaid instrument that can be recharged – and redeemed by placing orders on MYFuels Home application  for fuel delivery.
Wallets can be recharged Online through banking gateway partners.

• Any payment adjustments with your Order Amount due to changes in Quantity delivered, or on Cancellation are adjusted with your Wallet on next order.
• Or any excess procurement at the time of delivery can also be adjusted with your available Wallet Balance.
• Past Pending Payments can also be settled with your Wallet Balance while order fuel.
• If you wish to withdraw the wallet balance, please send an email to info@myfuelshome.in along with your registered Email ID / registered Phone Number and the details of the beneficiary bank account/UPI etc. On verification, the amount will be refunded to the beneficiary account in T+3 banking working days.

No, our doorstep diesel delivery services can be utilised only for static and heavy earthmoving equipment etc.
