At MYFuels Home Private Limited, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with our products and services. However, we understand that there may be occasions when you need to cancel an order or request a refund. Please read our policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations regarding refunds and cancellations.
Cancellation Policy:
Order Cancellation: You may cancel your order for any reason within 24 hours of placing it. Please contact our customer support team at [customer support email] or [customer support phone number] to request cancellation. Orders cancelled within this timeframe will be eligible for a full refund.
Cancellation After 24 Hours: If you wish to cancel your order after 24 hours of placing it, please contact our customer support team immediately. Depending on the status of your order and our processing timeline, we may not be able to accommodate the cancellation request. In such cases, the standard refund policy will apply.
Refund Policy:
- Eligibility: To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
- The request must be made before delivery of fuel at site.
- The refund cannot be made post delivery of fuel.
- It is the responsibility of customer to check quality and quantity of fuel at the time of delivery of fuel.
- The refund of fuel payment can be honoured only if any spillage & pilferage at the time of delivery of fuel.
- Post claim of product quality and quantity cannot be challenged if the same was not checked at the time of delivery of fuel at customer’s site.
- Refund Process: If any of the conditions of eligibility is met the payment can be refunded to customer’s account. Once your refund request is approved, we will initiate the refund process. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow up to [T+3 days] for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.
- Non-Refundable Items:
Fuel items cannot be returned once delivered at customer site. Its responsibility of customer before delivery of fuel to check Quality & Quantity at site.
- Return Shipping: If you are returning a product, eligibility conditions must be met or else if the customer denied of delivery of fuel there will be nominal delivery charges applicable.
- Refund Timeline: If any of the conditions of eligibility is met the payment can be refunded to customer’s account. Once your refund request is approved the same will be credited within T+3 days.
